Job Description:
We are a fast-developing school looking for passionate teachers to join our team of experienced educators at Belle’s Education Group. We are hiring for new teachers to start this summer ahead of our new school year. We are looking for team players that are able to conduct fun and thorough mixed-subject classes through play-based learning within our Kindergarten and through a mixture of bookwork and English language subjects in our Cram school. We are a relatively new and evolving company so we love teachers that are creative and eager to work with others in problem solving, and are ultimately able to grow with us. The school culture is friendly and we aim to create a fun English immersion environment that encourages students to want to contribute to English discussions, creating confident, fluent speakers with well-rounded skills.

---Age: 2-6 years---
---Hours: 9-5 *includes up to 1.5 office hours per day & 23.5 teaching hours per week*---
---Break: Up to 1.5 hours per day---
---Benefits: Flexability to leave early, seasonal performance bonuses up to 60,000NTD/year, paid national holidays, paid holidays following Government holiday scheme, flexible unpaid days, statutory sick pay, company events---
---Days: Monday - Friday---
---Class size: Up to 15/18 students (level dependent)---
---Training: Company training & teacher observation provided---
---Pay: 68,000-72,000NTD/Month---
---Provided: ARC, labor insurance, health insurance, lunch, curriculum, teaching materials, in-class assistance---
---Required: Teaching experience, degree, native level English---
---Preferred: Experience with kindergarten or toddlers, TEFL (or similar), degree related to education or childcare, experience with play-based learning education (Reggio Emilia, Montessori etc.)---

---Age: 6-8 years---
---Hours: 1:30pm-4:30pm---
---Office Hours: 2 hours per week, flexible time
---Days: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri---
---Training: Company training & teacher observation provided---
---Pay: 700nt per hour
---Bonus: 30nt bonus per hour as a contract completion (paid at end of contract), 20nt bonus per hour as an attendance bonus, 1500nt per month lesson plan bonus
---Provided: ARC, labor insurance, health insurance, lunch, curriculum, teaching materials, in-class assistance---
---Required: Teaching experience, degree, native level English---
---Preferred: Experience with teaching elementary students or kindergarten---
