Eco Kids Academy in Linkou, New Taipei City, Taiwan, is actively seeking enthusiastic and professional native English-speaking teachers to join our team. We adhere to the Reggio Emilia Approach and are looking for educators who can introduce creativity, consistency, and genuine care into our full-English early childhood classrooms.
Position Details:
- Full-Time Position: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (including a 1-hour lunch break).
- Teaching Hours: 20 hours per week.
- Prep Time: Ample paid office hours for lesson planning, documentation, and collaboration using the Reggio Emilia approach.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: NT$65,000 - NT$70,000 per month, depending on education and experience.
- Bonus: NT$1,000 for perfect attendance.
- Additional Perks: Work permit, health and labor insurance, daily lunch provided.
- Extras: Contract completion and renewal bonuses, red envelopes, year-end party prizes, and paid time off after six months.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- TEFL, CELTA, certTESOL, DELTA, or valid teaching license preferred.
- At least one year of teaching experience is strongly preferred, particularly in early childhood or in Taiwan.
- Capability to lead child-led inquiry classes, use engaging ESL activities, and maintain a dynamic, positive classroom environment.
Student Age Group:
- Children aged 2 to 5 years.
Start Date:
- July 15th, 2026, including a half-month paid teacher training program to ensure your success.
