Job Description:

Edison Schools system is hiring full time English Teachers for our schools based in Ecopark, Hung Yen for the coming Academic Year 2025-2026.

Start date: Mid July 2025.
Location:
Campus Ecopark: Ecopark, Van Giang, Hung Yen

The main roles include:
- To teach English subject and other subject taught in English inclusive of subject lessons, project-learning lessons, clubs, marketing classes, etc which is suitable with teacher’s education background and experiences for Edison schools’ students following an assigned teaching schedule. Maximum teaching hours/week is 22 hours. 01 teaching hour is 60 minutes.
- To prepare the lesson plan and teaching materials before the lessons.
- To cover classes for absent teachers according to assignment from line manager;
- To teach/coach/instruct students at club time within working hours. Club assignment will be scheduled based on employee’s education background, strength and ability.
- To do other duties related to teaching profession such as assigning homework for students, correcting homework, writing student assessments and reports, creating/marking/grading students’ exams…
- To participate in school extra-curricular activities, parent meetings, professional development meeting etc. according to school plan and calendar.
- Other miscellaneous duties assigned by your HOD or Director of Studies related to your expertise.
