Job Description:
GCIS(American Education Pre-K through 12) is currently seeking a Homeroom Teacher for their Kindergarten and Elementary programs in Dongtan Hwasung, Gwanggyo, or Su-won.

Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Start Date: January–March, 2026
- Working Hours: 08:00–16:50 or 09:00–17:50
- Location: Dongtan (Hwaseong) or Gwanggyo (Suwon)
- Teaching Hours: Approximately 26 hours per week
Qualifications & Requirements:
- E-2 or F-series visa holder (E-2 visa sponsorship available)
- Bachelor’s degree (3–4 years minimum)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Preferred: Valid teaching license and experience in international or bilingual settings
Compensation & Benefits:
- Kindergarten Salary: 2.5–2.9 million KRW (Based on experience)
- Elementary Salary: 2.7–3.3 million KRW (Teacher’s license required)
- Vacation: Kindergarten: 13 days + 2 paid sick days, Elementary: 20 days + 2 paid sick days
- Housing: Provided or housing allowance of 500,000 KRW
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement syllabus, unit plans, rubrics, and weekly lesson plans
- Assign homework and provide feedback
- Design assessments, projects, and evaluations
- Communicate proactively with parents
- Prepare progress reports and report cards
- Participate in meetings, professional development sessions, and events
- Attend Parent–Teacher Conferences and other community programs
