1️⃣ Head of English Department
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead and manage the English department in an academic setting.
✔️ Develop and oversee curriculum planning and instructional strategies.
✔️ Supervise and mentor English instructors to enhance teaching effectiveness.
✔️ Integrate modern technology into the classroom for improved learning experiences.
✔️ Foster collaboration between Thai and foreign faculty.

📌 Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, TESOL, TEFL, Applied Linguistics, or related fields.
✔️ Minimum 5 years of teaching experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience.
✔️ Excellent command of English (CEFR C1 or equivalent).
✔️ Strong team management, curriculum development, and organizational skills.
✔️ Deep understanding of Thailand’s education system.
✔️ Problem-solving and communication skills to support faculty and students.

2️⃣ English Instructor
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Teach English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and general English courses.
✔️ Develop lesson plans and engaging teaching materials.
✔️ Use educational technology to enhance learning outcomes.
✔️ Foster student engagement and motivation in a multicultural environment.

📌 Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, TESOL, TEFL, Applied Linguistics, or related fields.
✔️ 1-2 years of teaching experience (Preference for ESP teaching experience).
✔️ Proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or equivalent).
✔️ Cultural awareness and adaptability to a diverse academic setting.
✔️ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
