Join Our International School System as an IELTS Teacher!
RT Holdings is seeking an experienced IELTS Teacher to join our Western Australian International School System (WASS) in Ho Chi Minh City for the 2024-2025 academic year. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits in a modern and dynamic learning environment.

Campuses & Locations
🏫 Campus 1: 43 Nguyen Thong Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3
🏫 Campus 2: 157 Ly Chinh Thang Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3
🏫 Campus 3: 84 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan Street, Ward 9, District 3

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Develop and implement effective learning materials and teaching methods for IELTS preparation.
✔️ Teach IELTS classes and ensure students meet their desired band scores.
✔️ Design and edit exam questions based on IELTS rubrics.
✔️ Assess student progress through entrance tests, mid-term exams, and final assessments.
✔️ Monitor and report on student learning progress each semester.
✔️ Communicate with parents regarding student performance when required.
✔️ Attend faculty meetings and parent-teacher conferences.
✔️ Support the Board of Principals with academic tasks and cover classes when needed.

Job Requirements
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Master’s Degree preferred).
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience teaching IELTS test preparation.
✔️ At least 2 years of full-time teaching experience in an international or bilingual school at the secondary or upper-secondary level.
✔️ Strong IT competence for classroom and administrative tasks.
✔️ Excellent interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues.
✔️ Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and differentiated instruction.

Working Hours
📅 Monday – Friday
⏰ 40 hours per week (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
