PACE Academy is a renowned program in Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea, with two branches in Cheongdam and Daechi. We cater to children from 5 to 7 years in Cheongdam and 7-year-olds in Grade 1 and 2 at Daechi. Position: Homeroom Teacher
Location: Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea (Cheongdam & Daechi)

Position Overview(Homeroom Teacher):
We are looking for dedicated and passionate teachers to join our team. If you have a genuine love for teaching and the ability to engage young learners in meaningful learning experiences, we would like to hear from you.
Position Details:
Role: Homeroom Teacher
Contract Period: 2026.03.01 - 2027.02.28
Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Compensation:
- Salary: Starting from 3,000,000 KRW (competitive, based on experience and qualifications)
- Housing Allowance: 700,000 KRW
- Payment Schedule: Monthly
- Holidays: 20 working days, including legal annual leave
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of classroom teaching and student activities
- Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to the students' needs
- Maintain open communication with parents and provide regular updates
- Conduct Parent-Teacher Conferences twice a year
- Collaborate with Korean teachers for school events and activities
- Maintain a conducive classroom environment
- Facilitate afterschool classes and monthly celebrations
- Enhance student development through various academic activities
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field
- Teaching credentials from America, Canada, or the U.K. are advantageous
Experience:
- Previous experience in teaching children is preferred
- Familiarity with current instructional strategies and early childhood education best practices
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in office software and technology
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment for diverse backgrounds
- Basic knowledge of office and video equipment
