Hiring Teachers - Homeroom Teachers

PACE Academy is looking for dedicated individuals to join their team as Homeroom Teachers in Kangnam district, Cheongdam. The academy is known for its Program for Academic and Creative Experience, focusing on children aged 5-7. Position Details:

- Role: Homeroom Teacher

- Location: Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea(Cheongdam)

- Contract Period: 2026.03.01~2027.02.28

- Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm

- Salary: Starting from 3,000,000 KRW (competitive, based on experience and qualifications)

- Housing Allowance: 700,000 KRW

- Payment Schedule: Monthly

- Holidays: 20 working days, including legal annual leave

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage classroom teaching and student activities

- Develop engaging lesson plans

- Communicate regularly with parents

- Conduct Parent-Teacher Conferences

- Maintain a clean classroom environment

- Collaborate with Korean teachers for school events

- Facilitate academic activities to enhance student development

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field

- Teaching credentials from America, Canada, U.K are advantageous

- Recent teaching experience with children is preferred

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficiency in office software and technology

- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment
