Job Description:
The International Hotel and Tourism Industry Management School or iTIM School was established in 1988, and authorized by the Private Education Commission (OPEC) of the Thai Ministry of Education to offer diploma programs in hotel and tourism management.
We are looking for the hospitality teacher to join our school.
Position: Food and Beverage Instructor
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To teach the assigned subjects in Restaurant Services, Beverage Operation and Restaurant Management and others related subjects according to the course outline.
- To prepare teaching plan, lesson plan, activity plan, hand-out (if any), examination papers for the assigned subjects.
- To plan and carry out the classroom instruction using a variety of teaching methods including lecturing, activities and going over homework etc.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management or hotel management or restaurant management. (Preferred who graduated from hotel school in Swiss)
- At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in 5-star hotels. Teaching experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English language are essential to ensure accuracy of materials and information provided to students.
- Pleasant, personable, well-groomed and adept in social graces.
