INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES OFFICER
Information for Applicants
This is position involves, network and IT systems support, applications systems support and hardware maintenance as the main roles. There are opportunities to contribute to the implementation of major IT modernization projects.
The Role
The successful appointee will:
ā Have academic qualifications in Information Science or Computer Engineering.
ā Have ICT service experience in networks, systems and hardware
ā Experienced in implementation of AD/Office 365 technologies
ā An understanding of MDMs and device management\
ā Have Applications support experience
ā Be able to provide audio visual support for assemblies and performances
ā Work effectively and cooperatively as a member of the IT Support Team
ā Must have a strong commitment to customer service.
