Compensation Package: Monthly Compensation:
* Base Salary: 24,000-34,000 RMB (pre-tax)

Professional Competencies:
* Strong pedagogical methodology
* IPC/IGCSE teaching experience preferred
* Adaptable teaching capabilities
* Ability to support diverse student learning needs
Mandatory Conditions:
* Clear background verification
* International school teaching experience advantageous 2 years min
Reporting Structure:
* Direct reporting to Department Head
Target Curriculum:
* Grades: 7-9
* Curriculum: Edexcel International
Work Parameters:
* Weekly Hours: 40 hours
* Working Days: Monday-Friday
* Teaching Load: 25 lessons per week
