Hello, I'm Trevor Crowe, co-owner of Ron English. We are excited to welcome a new ESL teacher to our team at the second branch in Incheon. We are seeking someone with teaching experience in Korea who enjoys working with elementary-aged children.
At Ron English, we value autonomy and collaboration. Our school's philosophy is "Happy, Simple, English," focusing on creating a safe and comfortable environment for holistic English development. We aim to make learning English fun and stress-free.
As our second campus grows, we are looking to add to our team of native English-speaking instructors. We provide a fully prepared curriculum, allowing teachers to focus on delivering engaging lessons and supporting students as needed.
We believe in interactive classrooms that promote social learning. Students attend classes five days a week with capped class sizes, fostering a dynamic teaching environment.
Job Details:
- Start Date: Beginning of January
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM–7:45 PM
- Teaching Hours: 2:30 PM–7:30 PM (5 classes/day with breaks)
- Student Age Group: Elementary
- Class Size: Max 8 students
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Starting at ₩2.6M+
- Housing: Provided or allowance

- Vacation: 11 days paid leave in the first year
Visa & Requirements:
- Visa Type: E-2 visa sponsorship or F-series visa
- Eligibility: Relevant teaching experience required

I am a licensed teacher from Toronto, running two English academies with my wife. This position is at our Geomdan branch in Incheon, easily accessible from Seoul and Gimpo Airport.
