Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Foreign ESL Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering English lessons tailored to students' varying proficiency levels. Key responsibilities include lesson planning, assessment, classroom management, curriculum development, parental communication, and professional development. Challenges include cultural adaptation, differentiated instruction, and student engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field
- TESOL/TEFL certification
- Minimum 3 years of ESL teaching experience
