Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
2. Establish a positive and safe learning environment that supports children's emotional and social needs.
3. Develop and implement daily lesson plans that align with curriculum goals and objectives.
4. Incorporate appropriate technology and multimedia resources into classroom instruction.
5. Assess and evaluate children's progress regularly and use data to modify instruction to meet individual needs.
6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
7. Communicate regularly with families about their child's progress and development.
8. Attend and participate in faculty and parent meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

Details:
1. Students: kindergarten students aged 2-6;
2. Class Size: maximum 25 students
3. Working time: 8am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday;
4. One-year contract;

Package:
1. Monthly salary: 28- 35k RMB/month before tax;
2. Completion bonus;
3. Paid holiday: 2 weeks' winter holiday, 1-2 weeks' summer holiday and all other public holidays; Paid sick leave
4. Insurance;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least two years' childhood teaching experience;
3. Native English teachers;
4. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
