1. International Homeroom teacher position in Qingpu, Shanghai. IB PYP curriculum. Certified IB World School.
2. Working hours (40/week), 8:00 - 16:30 (30’ lunch break).
3. Teaching hours: 2.5-4 hours per week; 3-5 lesson/week)
4. Holidays: 4 weeks summer (5000 RMB allowance provided); 1.5 days off during Christmas and Easter off (1 day); around 3 weeks winter holidays (fully paid); Chinese national holidays.
5. Yearly bonus 10000 RMB based on performance.
6. Flight allowance 8000 RMB after completing the contract.
7. Free meals on working days, 3500 RMB house allowance or free single apartment on the campus at the rate of 200-300 RMB monthly.
8. Salary 27K-33K before tax based on teaching experience in ECE and credentials.
9. IB training provided within the first year of employment.

To assist our teachers in creating interesting and stimulating lessons, we provide a comprehensive range of flashcards and supplementary materials. Teachers are encouraged to access and adapt these resources to provide fun,imaginative and stimulating classes. Our environment:
Our Kindergarten has a building area of 6,000 square meters and an outdoor activity venue of 3,000 square meters. Our team:
Each class is equipped with a full-time foreign teacher, a full-time Chinese English teacher and kindergarten teachers. Bilingual education is fully implemented to provide young children with a pure infiltrative bilingual environment in Chinese and English. In addition, kindergartens are also equipped with scientific research, picture books, psychology, fine arts, dance and sports teachers.
The undergraduate rate of preschool teachers reached 100 %, and the English level was CET 4/6; 63% home-room teachers have 3 years teaching experience, of whom about 40 % are backbone teachers, 12 % are fresh graduates, and 15 % are overseas teachers. 100 % foreign teachers are from English-speaking countries and are teaching experienced, 80% of them have early childhood education experience.
