About Us:
Our school has been located in Ilsan for more than 15 years. We not only teach English but also enrich our students' learning with various experiences. Through active learning, we take students on field trips to parks, galleries, and museums, helping them gain a wide range of background knowledge. Our focus is on improving students' English speaking fluency, rather than emphasizing writing accuracy, as we primarily work with early childhood students.
We offer a well-organized, integrated curriculum that makes lessons both fun and effective. Currently, we have a team of 12+ dedicated professionals, including 6 native English instructors. Each native English instructor is paired with a Korean teacher for support, allowing instructors to concentrate fully on teaching. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with a genuine interest in early childhood education.

Current Native Instructor's Comments:
"As a native instructor, I’ve been working at Elin for almost four years. We have a relatively light workload for a private academy, and the curriculum is pre-made for us. However, we have the flexibility to adapt our teaching style to get the best out of our students. In our kindergarten classes, the maximum number of students per class is 12, which allows us to provide a high-quality experience. I genuinely enjoy working here, and we have a great support system with our co-teachers and director. If you have any questions from a native instructor’s perspective, feel free to contact me at grose201@gmail.com."

You need to be from one of the following counties to teach English in South Korea: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. If you are not from one of those countries, you can still teach English in most other countries. This requirement is specific to South Korea and school's can only issue visa's to teachers from those listed countries.
Due to the high number of applications the schools receive they may not be able to respond to every application. If you don't hear back from them within a week or so, it's best to move on to the next job.
When applying for jobs, you should NEVER have to pay to apply. You should also NEVER have to pay to buy anything which they then pay you back for later. NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING! Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. Scams in TEFL are rampant, be careful!
