Classroom Teacher (KS 2) - Immediate start
TSIS is a rapidly growing school offering world-class education in vibrant Bangkok. Our student population has increased by over 35% in the past year, and we are continuing to grow with exciting plans in the pipeline. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, well-qualified and committed Primary school teacher to work in a supportive school environment with an outstanding staff and community culture.
Classroom Teachers are responsible for the academic progress and the general pastoral care of the pupils in their class. They are expected to work collaboratively and participate fully in the school's work. The ideal candidate will:
- have a working understanding of the UK curriculum
- have a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and a collaborative 'team player' mindset
- be adaptable, flexible, personable, and a great communicator
- have successful teaching experience in a western/Commonwealth country
- be a native-level English speaker
- have a passion for inquiry-learning and 21st Century teaching pedagogy
*Please note these positions are NOT SUITABLE for people who ONLY hold a degree and a TEFL (or similar) English language teaching qualification. You must be a qualified Primary/Elementary teacher.
