Aster International School Bangkok opened in August 2022 with the mission to bring the best of a British-style international education to a beautiful campus in the heart of Bangkok. Our first year has been a great success and the school has quickly become the school of choice for many families.
We are looking for an energetic, innovative and enthusiastic Music Teacher who wishes to join a school that is growing rapidly and has bold aspirations for the future. Aster International School Bangkok is a British-style international school, teaching an enhanced version of the ENC in a modern and purpose-built environment. Our teachers need to be prepared to be leaders as well as learners as we collaborate to create a unique school environment and approach to curriculum delivery. This is a new role created due to an increase in student numbers and a desire to our Music and the Arts in the center of our development.
Aster International School Bangkok is a fun and lively environment to work in. We are looking forward to receiving applications from qualified teachers who have experience of teaching Music in a school setting and a willingness to teach across different age groups. A passion to deliver the curriculum in an engaging and innovative way, with a particular focus on project-based and theme-based learning that links Music to other areas of the curriculum is also required. The ability to offer private instrumental lessons on a one-to-one basis is also required for this role. In your application please make it clear which instruments and to what level you are able to teach one-to-one lessons.
The salary for this role is depending on qualifications; a fully qualified teacher with UK QTS (or equivalent) the salary range is 80,000-160,000 per month. For teachers with non UK QTS (or equivalent) qualifications, the salary range is 40,000-80,000 THB per month.
Aster International School Bangkok is located in the heart of Bangkok, in the Sathorn district. The school is positioned to give easy access to Sathorn, Silom, Sukhumvit and also the riverside area. We have modern and purpose-built facilities that suit mid-twenty-first-century learning needs. The school has specialist teaching areas for languages, art, music, PE and ICT, as well as an auditorium and extensive garden space. The classrooms are large and well-equipped. Be fully qualified teachers
Have experience with the ENC or a British-style curriculum

Be able to provide a full clean background check enabling you to work with children
