Job Description:
Open English is an exciting British owned after school institute with a primary focus on reading, and writing comprehension. We have a fantastic in-house created curriculum aimed at students aged from five to twelve with small class sizes of up to eight students. Our school is proud of our personal approach to teaching and aims to make each class an enthusiastic and energetic experience. We offer a stable platform for our students to enrich and exand their knowledge of the English language.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lesson plans and workbooks are provided so teacher's only have to prepare extra resources or materials.
Be prepared to give constructive feedback to students and mark work meticulously.
Adapt teaching methods to suit high to low ability students.
Have the ability to be a great communicator with other staff members, students and parents alike!
Keep records of students academic progress via observations, evaluations and assessments.
Be creative!
BENEFITS
Salary from 22,000 to 28,000RMB per month, but negotiable dependant on experience and qualifications. PGCE, IPGCE, CELTA qualified or those who hold a teacher's licence are encouraged to apply.
Students range from 5 to 12 years old with a class focus on reading and writing.
Only eight students in a class or less.
Full training given upon arrival.
Two consecutive weekdays off per week.
National holidays, plus 12 paid days.
8000 RMB flight reimbursement upon contact completion.
10,000 RMB bonus
Please note; native English speakers from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa are only able to apply for a working visa. We legally cannot accept applicants from outside of these specified countries.
August 2023 start date preferred.
