Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and experienced teachers to join our team of Lead Teachers at Finnway International School Phuket. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for the overall learning and development of your students, as well as the planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessons. You will also be responsible for supporting and mentoring other teachers in your team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- 3+ years of experience teaching in a kindergarten or primary school setting
- Strong understanding of Finnish-Style Teaching and Learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for teaching and learning
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Committed to helping students reach their full potential.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback
- Support and mentor other teachers in your team
