Thai Singapore International School is seeking a Non-Native English Speaking Guidance Counselor to join our team in Samut Prakan. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Position: NNES Guidance Counselor
Requirements:
- A degree in School Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from outside Thailand are welcome.
- Availability within 1.5 months from the application date.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary: THB 25,000 per month
- Housing allowance: THB 2,000 per month
- Experience bonus: THB 1,000 per year, up to five years
- Relevant Master’s degree bonus: THB 3,000
- 5% annual salary increment
- Non-B Visa and Work Permit provided with full-time liaison support
- Health and Accident insurance
- Long paid holidays

- Bachelor’s Degree Diploma and Transcript, legalized by the Thai Government
- Visa cancellation stamp in passport if applicable
- Copy of the latest Work Permit, all pages
- Work Permit cancellation documents if applicable
- PND91 and Income Tax Report documents if applicable
- TM30 and house contract in applicant’s name (Samut Prakan requires extensive TM30 documentation)
- New Visa on arrival
- Police Clearance via Royal Thai Police (request letter provided)
- DBS/FBI/Criminal background check
- Two reference letters from previous employers
