English Teacher Position at PAGODA Junior Academy, Mapo, Seoul

PAGODA, a leading English education institution with 40 years of excellence, is seeking passionate English teachers for our new Junior Academy in Mapo, Seoul.

JOB DETAILS
Location: 3F & 6F, 17 Gullebang-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul (near Ahyun Station, Line 2, and Aeogae Station, Line 5)
Position: Full-time English Teacher (Native English Speakers or Kyopo)
Start Date: Late August 2025
Hours: Monday–Friday, 11:00–20:00 or 12:00–21:00
Students: Elementary students (Grades 1–6) and 7-year-old kindergarteners
Salary: 2.7–3.2 million KRW/month, based on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver engaging lessons to young learners.
Create educational materials (PowerPoint, activities, worksheets).
Grade homework and provide essay feedback.
Attend staff meetings, training, and events.

QUALIFICATIONS
Citizenship: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand (E-2 visa eligible) or Kyopo (F-4 visa).
Apostilled Criminal Background Check and Bachelor’s Degree.
Clean self-medical health check.

BENEFITS
National insurance (health, pension, etc.).
Severance pay upon one-year contract completion.
Housing provided or 500,000 KRW/month allowance.
