GEOS Language Centre (Thailand) - Part-Time NES Teacher
About Us:
GEOS Language Centre, established in 2002, is a leading language school situated in Asoke (Sukhumvit Soi 23), Bangkok. Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Sukhumvit MRT and Asoke BTS stations, we are dedicated to providing top-quality English language education to students of all ages. We are currently searching for a passionate part-time Native English Speaker (NES) teacher to join our expanding team.
Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching English literacy skills and general EFL (English as a Foreign Language) content to students of various age groups in both private and group settings. Key duties include creating customized lesson plans to meet individual and group requirements, maintaining a positive and interactive learning atmosphere, and evaluating student progress.
This position requires a minimum commitment of 15 teaching hours weekly, with the possibility of increasing to a maximum of 25 hours.
Competitive Hourly Rate:
- Daytime (Weekdays): 500 THB per 50-minute lesson
- Saturdays and Evenings: 600 to 800 THB per 50-minute lesson
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (required)
- Native English speaker from Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the USA, Canada, Ireland, or South Africa
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience (essential)
