M.I. Academy, a reputable institution established over 20 years ago in Daechi, focuses on Reading and Writing with American textbooks. They maintain small class sizes of only 6 students, allowing for personalized attention to support student success.

Ideal candidates are native or Gyopo speakers with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in education or related fields. Experience with American curriculum and at least 2 years of teaching experience are preferred.

Successful applicants will receive competitive pay, severance pay, and special allowances. Teaching hours are in the afternoon, catering to elementary school students in small classes.
