Job Responsibilities
✔️ Deliver engaging and high-quality ESL/ELA lessons aligned with the curriculum.
✔️ Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment methods to enhance learning.
✔️ Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
✔️ Foster an inclusive and dynamic classroom environment.
✔️ Stay updated on new teaching methodologies and educational trends.
✔️ Actively participate in school events and extracurricular activities.

Who We’re Looking For
✔️ Native English Speaker (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa).
✔️ B.Ed/M.Ed in a relevant field OR BA/MA with a teaching qualification/license.
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience teaching young students.
✔️ Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ethical teaching practices.
✔️ A long-term commitment to SenTia’s educational vision.
