International Primary School Teacher Recruitment
1. Position & Starting Date
Position: Primary School Full-Time Teacher
Starting Date: Sept.1st 2025
2. Main Responsibilities
Deliver 30 standard teaching periods per week, plus 2 hours of daily office time.
Be flexible to work on occasional weekends when required, such as for teaching schedule adjustments, school open days, anniversary events, or special promotional activities.
3. Teaching Qualifications
Native English speaker from English-speaking countries (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia).
Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above, along with a valid professional teaching certificate (e.g., PGCE, QTS, US state teaching license, Australian state teaching license, or IB certification).
Possess at least 2 years of primary school teaching experience, with a proven track record in Project-Based Learning (PBL).
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for teaching, and an open attitude towards experiencing diverse cultures.
Maintain good health and exhibit a friendly, approachable personality.
Be a strong team player, with flexibility in all aspects of teaching, and a willingness to contribute to creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
4. Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: RMB 20,000 – 30,000 before tax, commensurate with qualifications and teaching experience.
Work Visa & Residence Permit: The school will handle the application and arrangement of work visa and residence permit for eligible candidates.
Accommodation: Two options available – on-campus teacher’s apartment or a monthly housing allowance.
Health Insurance: Comprehensive high-end commercial medical insurance coverage.
Additional benefits include teaching bonus, relocation allowance, and flight allowance.
5. Required Personal Documents
Photocopy of valid passport.
Recent personal photo and teaching demonstration videos.
Resume in Word or PDF format.
Updated reference letters with the referrer’s contact information.
Copies of educational certificates (degree certificates, transcripts, etc.).
Copy of valid teaching license (e.g., PGCE, QTS, US state teaching license, Australian state teaching license, or IB certification).
6. Interview Process & Candidate Eligibility
Eligibility Requirement: Candidates currently be located within China, available for immediate onboarding, and eligible for work visa transfer (work permit transfer) procedures.
Interview Steps: A preliminary telephone or web-based interview will be conducted first for eligible candidates. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to a formal interview with academic leaders.
