Hello, I am urgently seeking a private English Speaking Coach who can assist me in overcoming my "English phobia" and improving my daily conversation skills. The role involves speaking-focused training, creating a positive learning environment, daily management, and customized role-playing.
To qualify, you must be a native or Gypsy/Kyopo with fluent Korean skills, possess a highly energetic and patient personality, and excel in providing positive reinforcement. Experience in overcoming student anxiety or specialized speaking coaching is a plus.
The coaching sessions will be held remotely from Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 08:00 AM, with one offline face-to-face meeting per month.
The compensation includes a base salary of 30,000,000 KRW per year and a success bonus of 6,000,000 KRW upon achieving the set goal within one year.
