Job Description:
Position: Recruiter Coordinator (Training will be provided).
Non-Housing Salary: Qualified applicants will receive at least 3.50 million won per month.
Housing: The salary listed above includes the housing stipend.
Benefits: Severance Pay, Health insurance, compliance with Korean labor regulations,
Vacation dates: At least 11 Vacation days + all national Korean holidays off for 1st year and 15 vacation dates from 2nd year of employment.
Start Date: April/May 2025 – Flexible date with mutual agreement.
Work Place: YBM HQ within 5 min walk from Jongno-3ga or Jonggak subway station.
Work Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday (Able to leave at 6:00 pm everyday).

Applicants should have the following qualifications; strong interpersonal skills, able to handle multiple tasks, work under challenging environment, have good organizational skills and good computer skills. The candidate should enjoy speaking to people and working in an office environment.

Must have working or teaching experience in Korea.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Basic Korean conversation skills is helpful but not essential.
