At SPARK Education, we are looking for a solid writer and editor to help us develop R&D materials for our fluency-building and academic English programs. We are looking for a candidate who has extensive experience with the creation of a wide range of level-appropriate education materials for our elementary and middle school students. The ideal candidate will also have a significant amount of teaching experience that has resulted in a deep awareness of the educational needs of English language learners within South Korea.Ā
REQUIREMENTS: Ā
ā Native English speakers only
ā Must be able to provide documents to be cleared for teaching by the Department of Education in South Korea
ā Experienced with workbook, worksheet, and template design
ā Experienced with program planning and creation
ā Must have above average reading, writing, and editing skills
ā Must be open to substitute teaching
ā Must reside in Seoul WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS:
ā Working Days: Monday - Friday
ā Working Hours: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
ā Monthly Salary: Will be discussed with serious candidates. Negotiable pending interview. (There is a one-month training period in which you will receive 50% of the monthly salary.) Ā Ā
