Job Description:
Mukdahan School (Mattayom / High School) is looking for a Science teacher.
Mukdahan School is located in Mukdahan Province in the North East of Thailand. Mukdahan is on the border with Laos, and is about 10 hours away from Bangkok. There is a laid-back approach to life here. The people are friendly and you will be joining a big team of Foreign Teachers (including the new teachers there will be about 20 foreign teachers in total).
While the interview process is online you will be expected to be able to start very quickly.

1 General Science Teacher (MEP) (M1-2)

Requirements and Details:
Bachelor’s Degree (Physics Teacher must have a degree in Physics, or Science Education)
Applicants should be aged 22-55
NES and NNES can apply. NES will be preferred
Non Native English speakers must have a completed English proficiency test (CEFR B2, TOEIC 800, IELTS 6 or other equivalent) within the last two years.
A medical certificate from a government hospital stating you are fit to teach
The successful applicant will be expected to attend the school for the contract signing
Contract will start ASAP and is until March 31st 2025
You will be eligible for a yearly contract thereafter (12 month contract, 12 months paid if you work the Summer Camp in April, or 11 months paid if you take April as a holiday)
Starting salary is 35,000thb a month for applicants from America, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada. For European natilonalities the starting salary is 30,000thb a month and any other nationalities the starting salary is 25,000thb a month
Teaching about 16 periods a week.
