Job Description:
ALBA is seeking enthusiastic, Lower Secondary Teachers to teach in Yangon, Myanmar for the 2023-2024 school year (Immediate start date)
Job Details:
Positions available include: Year 8 Science (1 position) and Year 7 Mathematics (1 position)
Work hours of 8:15am to 3:45pm, Monday-Friday
Contract date June 1st, 2023 – March 15th, 2024
Maximum of 20 to 25 contact hours per week
Requirements:
1.) Fluent in English
2.) A bachelor's degree in any field (Any further education certificate(s) will be considered)
3.) Two years teaching experience required. (Those with less experience can still apply)
Job Offer:
1.) Salary of $1,800-$2,000 USD/month
2.) Housing provided near the school campus/central Yangon
3.) Paid sick leave/ paid national holidays
4.) Airport pick-up and assistance with getting to know the area
5.) Business visas and work documents for all other necessary government forms provided
