Job Announcement: Female Teacher Assistant at Kumon 7 Makara Skybridge Centre

Kumon 7 Makara Skybridge Centre, a part of the world's largest after-school math and reading program, is seeking enthusiastic Female Teacher Assistants. At Kumon, students progress independently through a structured, worksheet-based curriculum, moving at their own pace, often beyond their school grade level.

Position: Teacher Assistant
Location: Se Pe Se, Sangkat Tuek Thla, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Type: Part-Time
Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:
- Accurately mark and record student worksheets.
- Prepare and organize worksheets for upcoming classes.
- Observe and assist students to ensure effective engagement in their learning.
- Perform various administrative and management tasks as needed.
- Regularly communicate students' progress to the chief instructor.

Candidate Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Medium level of English required.
- Experience: At least 1 year as a Teacher Assistant in educational settings such as schools or universities.
- Skills: General and technical skills, ability to communicate and work well with preschoolers.
