Position Details
Role: Full-time or Part-time ESL Teacher (Grades 1–6, reading/writing/speaking-focused)
Positions: Part-time and full-time
Start Dates:
- Early start (no housing): October 2025, Part-time/full-time (F visa)
- Late start (housing): February 2026, Full-time only (E2 visa)
Class Size: Small groups (max 6–8 students)
Contract Length: 1 year
Schedule:
- Full-time:
Tues/Thurs: 1:30–9:30 PM
Mon/Wed: 1:30–6:00 PM
Fri: 1:30–5:30 PM
- Part-time:
Mon/Wed: 1:30–9:30 PM
Fri: 1:30–5:30 PM
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (any subject)
Experience: Teaching experience required
Visa Eligibility: USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa (E-2, F-2, F-5, F-6)
Documents Required:
- Notarized copy of bachelor’s degree with apostille
- Clean national-level criminal background check with apostille (issued within 6 months unless in Korea)
- Valid passport (6+ months before expiration)
Salary & Benefits:
- Full-time (Feb):
Salary: 2.5–3.0M KRW/month
Housing: Single furnished housing provided or 500,000 KRW allowance
Vacation: 13 paid days (5 summer, 5 winter, 3 personal) + national holidays
Benefits: Severance pay, health insurance, pension contributions
Housing within 15–20 minutes by bus, fully furnished
- Full-time (Oct):
Salary: 3.0M KRW/month
Vacation: 13 paid days (5 summer, 5 winter, 3 personal) + national holidays
Benefits: Severance pay, health insurance, pension contributions
No housing
- Part-time (Oct):
Salary: 1.8M KRW/month
Housing: Not included
