JOB DESCRIPTION:
Valor International Scholars (VIS) in Anseong, South Korea, is in search of a dedicated ELL Teacher for full-time employment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students with language acquisition needs ranging from beginner to TOEFL levels. Additionally, they will be expected to enhance the ELL curriculum, collaborate with core subject teachers, and support ELL education across grades 7-10. The school promotes small class sizes and offers a diverse range of topics, requiring flexibility and adaptability from faculty members. The successful applicant will create a Kingdom-minded learning environment where students can thrive academically and spiritually through engaging teaching methods.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited English-language instruction program
- Completion of a teacher licensure program in an English-speaking country OR five years of relevant teaching experience
- Passion for delivering education with a Biblical Worldview in a Christian setting
- Demonstrated work ethic, exemplary role modeling, and active involvement in a church community
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow
