COLAT, an independently owned education platform in Jinju, is seeking an Elementary Language Arts Teacher for its Leap Innovation International Program (LIIP). LIIP focuses on fostering students' collaboration, citizenship, and creativity.
As a teacher at LIIP, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through activities, providing feedback on group learning experiences, and emphasizing good character.
Position Details:
- One (1) position available, open from June 1 until filled
- Title: Language Arts Teacher
- Salary: 2.4 - 2.8 million won, based on factors such as previous school experience, degrees, and teaching license
Job Specifics:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Maximum 30 class hours per week; 6 class hours per day
- Maximum 12 students per class; 40 or 50-minute classes
- 25 classes per week, including recess duty, totaling 24.17 hours
- Summer & winter camps, no Saturday classes

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with an apostille, criminal background check
- Teaching experience, classroom management skills, and a growth mindset
- Good communication and writing skills, normal temperament
