1. Basic Information about the Position

- Location: Sungmisan-ro 51, Mapo-gu, Seoul (Hongik University Elementary School)

- Job Type: Full Time

- Term of Employment: August 19th, 2025 ~ February 10th, 2026

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

- Teaching Hours: under 18 teaching hours per week (40-minute class)

2. Benefits

- Salary: 2,500,000 KRW/month

- Housing Allowance: 500,000 KRW/month (No deposit provided from school)

- National Medical Insurance: 50/50 split

- National Pension: contribution 50/50 split

3. Requirements

- Native English speaker with at least a Bachelor’s degree (Education, English, or Linguistics preferred)

- One year or more teaching experience in Korea

- TEFL/TESOL Certification

- Applicants from the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland

- Must be working and living in Korea

1) A copy of a diploma (original or notarized copy)

2) A copy of any certificates or qualifications (original or notarized copy) *Confirmation of Apostille or Consulate at the Korean Embassy

3) A copy of the first page of passport

4) A copy of ARC (front/back)

5) A letter of release for those currently employed

6) A career certificate (experience proof)

7) Health checkup (recent health check record including TBPE and Latent TB Test)
