Job Description:
We are Rntkids, a well-organized English academy in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, looking for 2 full-time Native English Teachers. We offer a warm and supportive environment for teachers who enjoy working with kindergarten and elementary students.
Our academy, located near Balsan Station, provides clean housing and a friendly team. The job details are as follows:
📍 Job Overview
Position: Full-time Native English Teacher
Location: Gangseo-gu, Seoul (near Balsan Station)
Start Date: ASAP or September 2026
Contract Length: 12 months minimum (24 months preferred)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Student Age: Kindergarten & Elementary
Class Size: Around 8 students
Curriculum: Structured curriculum and teaching materials provided
💰 Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: 2.5–2.7 million KRW (Negotiable based on experience)
11 paid vacation days + all national holidays
Severance pay:
- 1 month salary after 1 year
- 2 months salary after 2 years
1 way trip airfare provided
Full 4 major national insurance coverage

🏠 Housing
A clean, fully furnished private apartment is provided, close to the academy, near the subway station, and in a clean, convenient neighborhood. The apartment is equipped with essential furniture/appliances and is ready to move in immediately.
👩🏫 Qualifications
We are looking for native English speakers eligible for an E-2 visa, with a minimum bachelor’s degree, clean criminal background check, and who are positive, energetic, and professional. Ideal candidates have a teaching-related degree, ESL experience, and a desire to stay long-term in Korea.
