Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic ESL teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching English and dedicated to creating a student-centered learning environment that incorporates 21st-century skills, intercultural awareness, and collaborative projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging ESL lessons following international curriculum standards, tailored to teenagers and young learners' needs.
- Incorporate 21st-century skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and communication into the lessons.
- Promote intercultural understanding and global citizenship through project-based learning activities.
- Evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to devise innovative teaching methods and materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language Teaching, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching English to young learners or teenagers.
- Demonstrated ability in integrating 21st-century skills, global citizenship, or project-based learning into teaching.
- Strong grasp of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and global skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology tools for teaching.
- Enthusiastic, creative, and patient teaching approach.
