2. Ideal Candidate Profile

Nationality:

We welcome native English speakers from Canada, the U.S., the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, and other English-speaking countries.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher (Preferred majors include Education, English, Child Psychology, the Arts, or STEM fields)

Certifications:

- Preference for certified Canadian teachers (e.g. BC Certified, OCT)

- TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL (minimum 120 hours) holders are also welcome

Teaching Philosophy & Strengths:

- Educators should:

- Embrace student-centered and personalized learning

- Prioritize growth over grades

- Excel in communication and collaboration

- Demonstrate openness and inclusivity

- Have an interest in project-based and interdisciplinary learning

Experience & Additional Requirements:

- Preferred experience in international schools or alternative education

- Willingness to commit to at least one year in Korea

- Eligibility for a Korean work visa

3. Teaching Opportunities

- Elementary integrated English classes

- Leading Project-Based Learning (PBL) sessions

4. Working Conditions

Location:

Campuses across Korea — including Myeongji (Busan), Geoje, and others

Start Date:

Flexible — positions available from Fall 2025 or Spring 2026, depending on discussion

Contract Term:

Minimum one-year contract, with possibility for renewal

Salary:

- General Teacher: CAD 2,300 ~ 3,400 per month (or USD equivalent)

- Leadership Position: CAD 3,400 ~ 4,800 per month (or USD equivalent) *Salary negotiable based on experience, qualifications, and location*
