Teach Motivated Adults in Seoul: July Start Dates
YBM Language Institutes, established in 1961, is looking for enthusiastic and professional instructors to join their team at the YBM Jongno branch in Seoul. Working closely with an English-speaking academic supervisor, instructors will have the support needed to assist students in achieving their language development goals through various classes such as Topic Discussion, Business English, and English for Academic Purposes. Utilizing a range of resources including published texts, standardized lessons, and teacher-created materials, instructors will engage in small group and one-to-one classes with adult learners, providing valuable teaching experiences and opportunities for professional growth.
LOCATIONS & START DATES
The current position available is for full-time instructors at YBM Sinchon in Seoul starting in July 2026. Candidates with ongoing EFL teaching roles in Korea will be given priority.
BENEFITS

WORKING HOURS
Instructors can expect to teach six 50-minute classes per day, totaling 30 teaching hours per week, with specific working days from Monday to every other Friday and Saturday.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should possess a positive and energetic demeanor, with experience in student/service-oriented roles being advantageous. Formal EFL teaching experience with adults and certification such as CELTA or TEFL is preferred, along with online teaching experience. Applicants must also hold a valid passport and an undergraduate diploma from select English-speaking countries.
