Are you looking for a unique teaching opportunity in Taiwan with flexible hours and a fantastic team?
Forest of Wisdom English Academy is offering a rewarding position for professional teachers who are passionate about inspiring students to excel. We provide a subject-based curriculum that includes Science, Social Studies, History, composition writing, and grammar. Our classes have a maximum of 12 students to ensure personalized attention.
We are seeking applicants with at least 2 years of experience teaching elementary school students, preferably in a Taiwanese buxiban. Energy, passion, and adaptability are essential for this role.
The permanent teaching hours are Monday to Friday between 2:00 and 7:40, totaling 21 hours per week. The starting salary is $700 per hour or higher, with monthly bonuses available for meeting teaching standards. Exceptional candidates may be eligible for a higher salary based on their experience and abilities.
Candidates must be native English speakers with a passport from Canada, America, the UK, New Zealand, or Australia. Additionally, a bachelor's degree in any discipline or an associate degree combined with TEFL or TESOL certification is required. All necessary documents for visa and work permit, including a criminal background check, must be provided.
Training for this position can start immediately. We are conveniently located near HaiShan MRT (Blue Line) in TuCheng, New Taipei City, close to various amenities such as Carrefour, B&Q, gyms, and major bus routes.
