Job Description:

HIRING: Experienced ESL Teacher for August Start at Ron English in Incheon, Korea

Join our team at Ron English in Geomdan, Incheon, as an experienced ESL teacher starting in early August 2025. Lead engaging classes with support from a collaborative team and a school that values your input.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Teaching experience in Korea (elementary level)
- F-series visa or from an E-2 eligible country (Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, Australia, NZ, South Africa)
- Ability to create lively, interactive classrooms
- Comfortable with independent work and teamwork

About the Job:
- Start Date: Early August 2025
- Location: Geomdan, Incheon (1 hr from Seoul, 30 min from Gimpo Airport)
- Hours: Mon–Fri, 1:00–7:45 PM (teaching from 2:30–7:30)
- Students: Elementary | Max 8 students per class
- Fridays: Activity day based on weekly themes

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Starting at ₩2.5 million/month and up
- Housing: Provided or ₩400,000 housing allowance
- Full compliance with Korean labor law
- Vacation: 11 paid vacation days in the first year + national holidays
- Curriculum provided
