[FT] Global Cultural Ambassador / Business English Instructor
[Job Description]
>> Serve as cultural ambassador and warmly receive guests/visitors to the facility, following appropriate protocol and procedures.
>> Teach Business English / speaking proficiency enhancement classes (ex. 1:1 coaching & small group discussion)
>> Perform operational/administrative duties for management of client company facilities (classroom, labs, coaching room, storage of teaching materials)
>> Handle logistics-related issues regarding classroom assignments, instructor/student notifications, in coordination with head office as necessary.
>> Provide general support for instructors, including the first-day orientations and monitoring/observations.
>> Active participant in regional instructor workshop planning and conduction.
[Basic Qualifications]
• Prior experience in the corporate field or teaching business English (over 2 years)
• Experience and skill in managing people
• The ability to work remotely/independently, but as an extended part of an orchestrated team effort
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proactive, positive mindset and ability to work in a multi-cultural work environment
• Excellent follow-through and problem-solving ability. Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred
[Locations/Schedule]
A. [FT] Seoul Secho Yangjae (서울 서초구 양재)
• Work Schedule: Monday ~ Friday 7AM ~ 4PM / 11AM ~ 8PM
• Start Date: April 1, 2026 (one-week training provided prior)
[Salary]
• Based on 160 working hours: 2.91 million per month (subject to change depending on lecture hours/office work hours)
• Housing can be fully supported by the company or extra housing stipend of 400,000 KRW will be provided for E2 and F visa only
