Binh Duong University- Ca Mau Campus is seeking dynamic, dedicated, and professional English teachers to join our teaching team. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality English programs to diverse groups, including young learners, students, and working adults. The teaching content includes General English, Academic English, Communicative English, and IELTS.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons according to the curriculum and teaching materials provided by the university.
- Teach various student groups of different ages, adjusting teaching methods to suit each learner’s proficiency level.
- Monitor and evaluate learners’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their improvement.
- Create a positive, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learners to actively use English.
- Utilize diverse, modern teaching methods and tools, including technology applications, videos, online learning software, and language games.
- Participate in internal professional training courses, workshops, and teaching enhancement seminars organized by the university or partners.
- Collaborate closely with academic affairs, coordinators, and administrative staff to ensure teaching quality and learner satisfaction.
- Accurately keep records of attendance, academic results, and learner feedback.
- Engage in extracurricular activities, language festivals, and international cultural events organized by the university (English Camp, Open Day, Student Fair, etc.).
- Support the development of learning materials and educational communication content when requested.
