Welcome and thank you for your interest in the full-time Native English Teacher position at Dongtan Sisa Academy, located in Gyeonggi-do, Hwaseong-si Dongtan-gu. The academy is seeking a native English teacher to join their team for conversation-based classes with adult students in a small and relaxed environment. The director, with experience running Suwon Sisa Academy since 2008, aims to create a comfortable work setting where teachers can enjoy their classes and foster positive relationships. Position Overview: - Location: Only 275 meters from Exit 2 of Dongtan Station (GTX-A line) with easy access to Seoul - Intermediate conversation & free talking classes for adult students - Sole native English teacher with fully prepared materials Working Hours: - Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM - Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:20 PM - Sunday off Benefits: - Provided furnished housing and national health insurance - One-way airfare reimbursement upon contract completion - Severance pay after one year - Friendly work environment with an easy-going atmosphere The academy offers a supportive and friendly work environment with a small team that promotes positive and respectful relationships among staff and teachers.
