Job Description:

Dong Gwang Elementary School is looking for experienced and passionate teachers to join their English Department for the 2026-2027 academic year. This is a full-time position located in Geumcheon-gu, southern Seoul, conveniently situated near Geumcheon-gu Office Station on Line 1.

Job Description:

- General English Class: Focus on teaching new vocabulary and grammar concepts, while helping students practice their language skills.

- Listening Focused Class: Guide students through listening to dialogues and answering comprehension questions.

- Reading Class: Read stories with students and facilitate discussions about comprehension questions.

As the sole teacher, you will have autonomy in managing your classroom, but also the responsibility of creating teaching materials, grading assignments, and assessing student progress.

Conditions and Benefits:

- Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

- Teaching Hours: 24 classes per week, with small class sizes ranging from 5 to 15 students

- Salary: 3,200,000 won per month with housing allowance included

Requirements:

- Native English speaker residing in Korea with a bachelor's degree and 2 years of teaching experience

- Clean criminal record, E2 or F visa, and a teaching certificate preferred

- Medical check-up required before the start of the school year
