Hanyang YK Intercollege, situated at Hanyang University Seoul Campus, is seeking research fellows to bolster the foundational curriculum and educational content creation.

1. Recruitment Overview

• Position: Full-time Research Fellow

• Number of openings: Several master’s/doctoral-level positions

• Common requirement: All responsibilities conducted in English

2. Positions and Responsibilities

Engineering Design Manager (Technical / Engineering track)

- Open to all majors, preferred fields: Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

- Responsible for Makerspace Operations & Technical Instruction, STEM Convergence Content Development, and Prototyping Support

Engineering Design Manager (Art / Design track)

- Open to all majors, preferred fields: Design, Art, Architecture

- Tasks include Convergence Design Coaching, Creative Project Mentorship, and Facilitation of Design Thinking

Liberal Arts Manager (Literature, Philosophy, History, Education, Anthropology, Liberal Arts)

- Responsible for Planning and developing content, program identification, action-learning sessions, and managing Teaching assistants

Science Manager (Physics, Chemistry, Biophysics, Convergence Science)

- Course in charge: Unified Systems Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)

- Tasks include planning science lectures, developing materials, tutoring, and other administrative duties

3. Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a related field

• Proficiency in English

• Interest in educational content development and student tutoring

• Valid E-1 or F type Visa with near or native English speaker proficiency

4. Working Conditions

• Contract period: 1 year (extendable up to 2 years for master’s-level and up to 6 years for doctoral-level)

• Working hours: Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:30

• Salary: Based on Hanyang University regulations

• Expected start date: Early March 2026 (negotiable)

5. Screening Process

• 1st round: Document screening

• 2nd round: Interview (for those who pass the 1st round)

• Final results: Notified individually after interviews
