At SPARK Education, we are currently seeking a dedicated R&D member who can also step in as a substitute teacher when needed. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in creating and editing educational materials suitable for elementary and middle school students. Additionally, a strong teaching background focusing on the educational needs of English language learners in South Korea is highly valued.
Substitute teachers will be responsible for following detailed lesson plans during teacher absences, making flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility essential qualities for this position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native English speakers only
- Experience in workbook, worksheet, and template design
- Proficient in content editing
- Above-average reading, writing, and editing skills
- Comfortable working with advanced young learners
- Residency in Seoul
- Must be able to provide documents for teaching clearance by the South Korean Department of Education
WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS:
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Monthly Salary: Starting at 3 million KRW without housing (negotiable based on interview)
