The English Connection is hiring 25 passionate and experienced full-time teachers for the 2025/2026 academic year. We are looking for educators in Science, Mathematics, English, and STEAM to inspire students across Hanoi.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
✔️ Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment to support student growth.
✔️ Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
✔️ Provide constructive feedback to enhance students’ learning experiences.
✔️ Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in school activities.
✔️ Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and student needs.
Who We’re Looking For
✔️ Native English Speaker from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
✔️ PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or equivalent preferred.
✔️ Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (Primary, Secondary, or High School).
✔️ TEFL/TESOL (120-hour minimum) required for English teaching roles.
✔️ Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
✔️ Commitment to professional development and teamwork.
