Position: Kindergarten and Early Elementary ESL Teacher
Location: Gangnam-gu and Songpa-gu, Seoul, South Korea

We are seeking full-time native English teachers for kindergarten and early elementary levels at our well-established schools in Gangnam-gu and Songpa-gu, Seoul. With a history of successful operations for over 20 years, we offer excellent working conditions, including competitive compensation, a structured curriculum, and robust support from both Korean and foreign staff.
**Teaching Details**
- Teach kindergarten and early elementary students using a structured curriculum with provided materials.
- Manage 1–2 homeroom classes with a maximum of 12 students per class.
- Enjoy a daily 1-hour break and 1-hour prep time within your working hours.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (no weekends).
**School Environment**
- Operate 3 branches in Seoul with 8–10 foreign teachers per branch.
- Strong financial stability with timely salary payments.
**Requirements**
- Native English speaker from the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Eligible for a South Korean E-2 work visa.
- Commitment to a 12-month contract starting in February, March, April, or May 2026.
- Preferred: Previous teaching experience in Korea.
**Salary and Benefits**
- Base Salary: KRW 2.6M – 3.2M per month (depending on experience).
- Housing provided, valued at KRW 600K–800K per month.
- Total compensation, including housing, ranges from KRW 3.4M to 4.0M per month.
- Vacation: 11-15 days per year, depending on experience.
- Severance Pay: One month’s salary upon completing a 12-month contract.
- Flight Reimbursement: Up to KRW 1.2M for a one-way ticket after one year.
- National Pension and Health Insurance: 50% contribution by the school.
